  • Find an Officiant and Ceremony location if needed

  • Find a Reputable Band or DJ, or other Entertainment

  • Budget Development & Tracking

  • Hire a Choreographer/Dance Instructor for Court

  • Find Reception Day Transportation

  • Find Ceremony Musicians

  • Finalize Floor Plan

  • Find floral decorators for personal flowers, ceremony and reception décor, party favors, etc…

  • Contact Party Rental Vendors (chair, linens, tables)

  • Managing payment to your vendors

  • Negotiate contracts with your vendors

  • Create a detailed timeline & distribute accordingly for your reception, and the entire planning process from start to finish

  • Help you manage court i.e. Damas/Chambelanes and/or Padrinos/Sponsors

  • Advise you on etiquette and traditions when appropriate

  • Create a detailed timeline & distribute accordingly for your reception, and the entire planning process from start to finish

  • Prepare timeline and step by step instructions for vendors and distribute them

  • Emergency kit / 1 assistant

  • Assist with any last minute problems that may arise with vendors

  • Event reception site visit and ceremony visits if having a mass
